I assist Project Managers at Assedo Consulting, with ways to meaningfully engage the community. I facilitate delivery of transportation and neighborhood-based projects through partnerships and interacting with residents during active construction and planning phases.

With a human-centered and listening-first approach, I support building strong teams and partnerships. Understanding lived experiences is the foundation of effective communication, I connect with local groups and ensure feedback is understood and carried forward into workflows.
