I support Project Managers and senior staff by tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure all assignments meet Assedo’s ‘Quality FIRST’ approach. I manage teams delivering innovative and professional reporting and presentation materials.

Building on my previous experience with the Maryland Department of Transportation, non-profit call centers, and local businesses, I manage structure and consistency across workflows. I prioritize building strong relationships across all levels, creating spaces where people feel comfortable asking questions, providing feedback, and remaining fully informed.

I have an MPA (Master of Public Administration) from Strayer University and a BA in History from Mount St. Mary’s University.
