As a Technical Writer and Quality Control Coordinator at Assedo Consulting, I create, update, and collaborate on a wide range of public-facing materials, including letters, technical reports, postcards, door hangers, fact sheets, frequently asked questions sheets, and presentation materials. I also support front-line outreach efforts, including door-to-door material distribution, and coordinate logistics for public informational meetings and open houses.

In addition to these responsibilities, I monitor quality control and provide quality assurance across all Assedo deliverables by reviewing materials for accuracy, consistency, tone, and clarity in alignment with our “Quality FIRST” approach. My function helps maintain a high level of trust and professionalism across all external-facing deliverables.
