I am responsible for building the HR and People function spanning culture, talent lifecycle, benefits, compensation, learning and development, while also managing project delivery. I am a connector at heart, focused on fostering collaboration, streamlining processes, and building systems that help organizations operate more efficiently and inclusively.

My background spans program management, workforce development, diversity and inclusion strategy, and corporate social responsibility. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams, built strategic frameworks, and managed initiatives that bridge organizational goals with large-scale community impact, including work for the Department of Labor’s Office of Job Corps on a national implementation plan for Career Technical and Advanced Training programs.

I hold a BA in Psychology from Dickinson College and an MEd from Goucher College, and I earned my PMP certification in 2017.

I enjoy spending quality time with my two amazing boy/girl twins, cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, educating people about wine as a Sommelier, and dedicating time to volunteering in my community.
