DWIGHT PHYALL

Project Manager II

As a Project Manager II at Assedo Consulting, I guide client projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals and community outcomes. I am a connector at heart, focused on fostering collaboration, streamlining processes, and building systems that help organizations operate more efficiently and inclusively.

Why Assedo? I was drawn to Assedo for its commitment to education, engagement, and empowerment in the communities we serve. The firm’s values, purpose-driven work, quality-first mindset, and dedication to relationship building, innovation, and equity deeply reflect my own. Within my role, I contribute meaningful, culturally competent solutions while continuing to grow as a leader and active collaborator.

My background spans program management, diversity and inclusion strategy, and corporate social responsibility. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams, built strategic frameworks, and managed initiatives that bridge organizational goals with large-scale community impact, including work for the Department of Labor’s Office of Job Corps on a national implementation plan for Career Technical and Advanced Training programs.

I hold a BA in Psychology from Dickinson College and an MEd from Goucher College, and I earned my PMP certification in 2017.

I enjoy spending quality time with my two amazing boy/girl twins, cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, educating people about wine as a Sommelier, and dedicating time to volunteering in my community.
