At Assedo, I specialize in frontline customer service, construction outreach, and utility coordination. I respond to high-volume, high-stakes customer inquiries while maintaining real-time responsiveness.

Part of my role is to bring awareness of projects happening in neighborhoods to the customers living nearby. This is part of the educational value at Assedo that resonates most with me. I help manage inquiries during construction, explain service disruptions, and suggest potential resolutions for residents that also work for our clients.
