ANJELIQUE WILSON
Technical Writer
As a Technical Writer at Assedo Consulting, I craft compelling written materials that communicate clients’ messages clearly and effectively. I generate fact sheets, outreach plans, newsletters, email communications, website content, and social media messaging, ensuring our client’s voice resonates with target audiences.
I contribute to major sanitary sewer and environmental initiatives, including Baltimore City’s Modified Consent Decree program, where I get to support behavioral change in the development of educational social media content. I also advance training and educational development for small business owners as part of the BC DPW Small Business Development Program. On Amtrak’s Baltimore & Potomac Tunnel Replacement Program, I connect with various community groups and stakeholders through the quarterly newsletter and fact sheets we share to broaden awareness of program initiatives.
Why Assedo? I am driven to amplify often overlooked communities, ensuring their voices are heard and represented in my writing. At Assedo, we are committed to collaborating directly with communities, and it is powerful to see how we work towards positive change.
I hold a BA in Communications from Salisbury University and an MS in Professional Writing from Towson University.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new countries, exploring different cultures, and immersing myself in the arts and live music. These experiences continue to inspire my creativity, curiosity, and perspective as a communicator.
“For me, becoming isn’t about arriving somewhere or achieving a certain aim. I see it instead as forward motion, a means of evolving, a way to reach continuously toward a better self. The journey doesn’t end.” — Michelle Obama
